How to Create a Pre-Recorded Lesson

Step 1: Log in to the school portal and navigate to Acadmics on the main menu
Step 2: Click Virtual Class, a submenu of Acadmics
Step 3: Click Lesson, a submenu of Virtual Class
Step 4: Click the MANAGE LESSON button attached to the class of interest
Step 5: Click CREATE LESSON
Step 6: Fill in all the *required fields, making sure you select Pre-Recorded under Lesson Type, after which a new field will appear where you may put a video (e.g. YouTube video) link
Step 7: Click the SAVE button

Participants allows the selection of the students who would have access to the lesson.
Scheduled For allows you to set the date the lesson would be active and accessible to the students
Duration allows you to set the time or period the lesson will be accessible when it is active. The least is 5 mins and the highest is 90 mins
Resource allows you to add an E-material or instructional material to the lesson. This material must have been added to the Resource bank on the portal for it to be accessible here
Lesson assessment allows you to add an assessment from the Classroom Suite which will serve as an evaluative material. The assessment, however, must have been added under Classroom to make it accessible here.
